Our Authorisations
- HMRC Authorised Agent
We are registered with HMRC as an authorised agent. This means we can correspond with HMRC, submit returns, and manage your tax affairs directly on your behalf — with your permission.
- Companies House Authorised Agent (ACSP)
We are a registered Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) with Companies House. This allows us to file documents, incorporate companies, and act on your behalf with the Companies House register.
- Trust or Company Services Provider (TCSP)
We are registered as a Trust or Company Services Provider, authorised to provide company formation and related services in compliance with UK anti-money laundering regulations.
We do not ask for your Government Gateway ID and Password, as it is illegal and fraudulent.
