Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information.
- Providing requested records and documents in a timely manner.
- Reviewing submitted information and notifying us of any inaccuracies.
- Meeting payment obligations for agreed services.
We cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by clients.
HMRC and Companies House Filings
Where authorised, we may submit information and filings to HMRC and Companies House on your behalf.
Responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information remains with the client.
Fees and Payments
Fees will be agreed before work commences unless otherwise stated.
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice.
We reserve the right to suspend services where payment remains outstanding.
Limitation of Liability
